LLP Fees Structure

1. Registration Fees (Including Conversions)

Contribution Slab	Fee (₹)
Up to ₹1 lakh	500
Above ₹1 lakh and up to ₹5 lakhs	2000
Above ₹5 lakhs and up to ₹10 lakhs	4000
Above ₹10 lakhs	5000

2. Differential Contribution Fee

The difference between the fees payable on the increased slab of contribution and the fees paid on the preceding slab shall be paid through Form 3.

3. Filing or Registering Documents

4. Other Applications

Reservation of name (Section 16): ₹200
Direction to change name (Section 18): ₹5000
Reservation of name under Rule 18(3): ₹10,000
Renewal of name under Rule 18(3): ₹5000
DPIN application under Rule 10(5): ₹100

5. Document Inspection / Certified Copies

Inspection under Section 36: ₹50
Certified copy: ₹5 per page or part thereof

6. Foreign LLP Filing Fees

Filing under Rule 34(1): ₹5000
Other forms / Solvency / Notices: ₹1000
